Set your mark-up

Add a mark-up on the cremation service — percentage or fixed. On card payments we collect and remit your share back to you. On bank transfer you collect the entire payment yourself, just like now.

Nothing for the family to fill in

You already know the owner, pet and weight — so you create the invitation and we pre-fill their page. They just review, choose and pay. We handle the page, the payment and the confirmations.

Set it up once, then it's a minute per family

Configure it once in your dashboard, then create a personalised invitation whenever a euthanasia is booked:

    Turn it on, once

    In Settings → Pre-arrival, enable it and set your mark-up and how you collect payment. You only do this once.

    Create an invitation when a euthanasia is booked

    Enter the owner, pet and weight (and your euthanasia fee, if you'd like it settled in advance). We resolve the size and price everything for that pet.

    Send it from your own inbox

    We generate a private, per-pet link and a ready-to-send, branded email — in your clinic's colour. Copy either and send it to the family from your own email, so it comes from you, not from us.

    They choose from home

    The owner opens a page already set up for their pet — no forms to fill in. They pick a level of care and any keepsakes, and pay by card or bank transfer.

    Track every step

    Under Operations → Pre-arrival you can see when each invitation was sent, opened and paid. When the pet arrives, it's linked to their record.

Two ways to take payment

Bank transfer

You collect the full amount directly. We show the owner your account details and a reference; they can mark the payment done, and you confirm it in your dashboard. No fees, nothing to remit.

Card via Stripe

Owners pay securely by card and everything is settled instantly. We collect, then remit your markup (and euthanasia fee, if included) back to you. A 2% card processing fee applies.
