We provide a one-hour CPD course based on the CAETA (Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy) principles, helping your team navigate end-of-life conversations with confidence and care.
Comfort room setup
We provide blankets, tissues, bottled water, and grief resources, including books for adults and children, to create a calm, supportive space at your clinic.
Aftercare choices
Pet owners receive a full-colour catalogue of urns and keepsakes, allowing them to make decisions from home. They can place orders online or by phone, and your clinic receives a share of any purchases made.
Euthanasia
Compassionate, professional support for the most difficult moment. With resources to support the clinic and pet owner.
Pet collection
We offer same-day collection and cremation within 24 hours. Each pet is transported with care and respect, ensuring their dignity every step of the way.
Home delivery of ashes
Ashes are hand-delivered to the pet owner's home (or clinic if preferred) within 48 hours, ensuring a respectful and timely return. This service is included as part of our private cremation offering at no additional cost.
Memorial keepsakes
Every pet owner receives a complimentary paw print, locket of fur, and a premium NZ-made sympathy card. Your team can sign the cards, or we can sign the cards on your behalf. We also profit-share with your clinic any keepsakes purchased from our range of beautiful NZ-made items.
