We offer three service tiers, each designed with care and dignity:
- Essential Care: A dignified shared cremation with a sympathy card and digital tracking.
- Heritage Return: Individual cremation using a partitioned system, with a premium scatter box, paw print, and fur locket returned to your vet. Includes online memorial access.
- Signature Private: Guaranteed individual cremation with a premium scatter box, paw print, fur locket, and personal home delivery. Includes online memorial access.
All tiers include same-day care, our CliniCareBag™, digital tracking, and grief support resources.
How does the process work?
- Collection: We collect your pet from your clinic in Christchurch or North Canterbury.
- Care: Your pet is placed in a CliniCareBag™ and treated with dignity at every step.
- Service: Your chosen tier determines the cremation type, keepsakes, and return method — from Essential Care through to Signature Private.
- Return: Heritage Return ashes go back to your clinic; Signature Private ashes are hand-delivered to your home.
- Support: Track your pet's journey online and access grief resources throughout.
How quickly will I receive my pet's ashes?
Turnaround depends on your chosen service tier, with Signature Private being the fastest option. Please note that due to current circumstances, our standard turnaround times may be extended. We'll keep you updated through our tracking system every step of the way. Contact us for current estimated timelines.
What keepsakes are available?
Keepsakes depend on your service tier. Essential Care includes a sympathy card. Heritage Return includes a premium scatter box, paw print, and fur locket. Signature Private includes a premium scatter box, paw print, and fur locket. Heritage Return and Signature Private customers also have access to our online memorial and keepsake store, featuring items crafted by New Zealand artisans.
How do I track my pet’s aftercare?
You can use our online tracking system to follow your pet’s journey and receive updates.
How do you support children through pet loss?
We provide grief support resources, children’s books for comfort rooms, and equip clinic staff with tools for gentle, age-appropriate conversations.
