Most families are handed a form at the front desk and take whatever is on it. You don’t have to. Arrange it with us, and we take it from there.

Tell us about your pet
Two minutes online, or a phone call. Their name, roughly what they weigh, and where they are — with your vet, or at home.

We collect them
From your vet or from your home, in a CliniCareBag™ — more like a pet bed than a bag, with a panel for your farewell message — not the rubbish bag most crematoriums use. If they're with your vet, we let the clinic know we're coming.

They come home
Your farewell is read to them by name before the cremation. Individually identified at every step. Ashes come back with a paw print, a vial of fur and their own memorial page — to your vet or where we collected them with Heritage Return, hand-delivered to your door with Signature Private.

Write a note and, on the day, it's read aloud to your pet by name — the last thing before their cremation begins. Other providers move pets through logistics. It's the part families tell us about afterwards more than anything else we do.
